Everything including room, the host, Beach view & parking were excellent. We could sit out on the balcony & watch the ocean plus it was a short walk to the water. Pools were great, my family enjoyed our stay so much. We would be willing to come again sometime.

The property is huge and sits on the edge of the Gulf. I was very pleased with the communication with the host...very helpful...The condo was just like the photos and very spacious. There is so much to do at this property before you even get to the Gulf: pool, lazy river, indoor pool, adult pool, splash pad...There is no need to seek entertainment elsewhere. From age 76 down to the 4...everyone had something to do. We were on the 30th floor, and there were a few times that we faced crowded elevators and a bit of a wait to get on, but considering it was the 4th of July weekend, we understood...View from the balcony was beautiful, and we could see 2 different fireworks displays on the 4th by standing out there. The stay was great, but there are a few things I believe could be improved. The kitchen needs more bowls for mixing and sharper knives. The dryer did the job, but it needs to be replaced in the near future. The TV in the family area was satellite and had no streaming abilities that we could find...but that could have been user error. The tvs in the bedrooms did have smart TVs, but it would have been nice to stream movies all together in the family area. These are very small improvement suggestions, and we had a great 4th. I do recommend renting beach chair sets. They are expensive, but are so worth it...no dragging umbrellas and chairs through heavy sand...Would happily stay here again!

Very nice!

Condo was extremely nice. There was a lot of burnt out light bulbs that we had to replace, but I'm sure the owner would have done had we contacted them. Plenty of room and well decorated. The location itself had
a few downfalls. There are only about 8 elevators to service 32 floors and the wait time can be 30 minutes plus on check in check out days and when it starts raining. The beach service that you have the option for paying for does not have beach front access so people are allowed to set up tents in front of you blocking the beach view.
