The perfect blend of comfort and luxury, this spacious retreat is designed for large groups looking to enjoy the beach. Located in Phoenix West II, with direct beach access, Gulf-front pools, and tons of amenities, this home has it all. In the light and bright free-flowing living space, walls of glass showcase beautiful views of Gulf State Park, the coastal chic design compliments the views, and plenty of comfortable seating, including two sofas and armchairs, invites gathering. Whether watching a movie on the flatscreen TV or playing games with the family, it’s a beautiful place to relax.
In the same open space, the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to enjoy meals and snacks, including tons of counter space, beautiful cherry wood cabinets, and stainless steel appliances. Make drinks at the wet bar, where there is an ice maker, blender, and sink, grab a bite to eat at the large breakfast bar with seating for four, or gather at the table for eight in the elegant dining room, where the views take center stage through a wall of glass.
This home sleeps 12 in four serene bedrooms, each with crisp white linens, a flatscreen TV, and an ensuite bathroom. The luxurious primary suite features a King bed, views of Gulf State Park through French doors to the dining room, and a huge ensuite bathroom with a jetted soaking tub and separate shower. The second bedroom also has a King bed, the third has two Queen beds, and the fourth has a twin bunk bed, perfect for kids. There is also a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room, a fifth bathroom, and a washer and dryer conveniently located in the condo.
Outside, your private balcony awaits with beautiful north views of Gulf State Park. After days soaking in the sun on the beach, zipping down the waterslide, lounging by the pool, and floating along the lazy river, retreat to your own slice of paradise to unwind on a chaise and gather around the outdoor dining table. You’re going to love it here!
*Please note: The Oasis at Orange Beach, formerly known as Phoenix West II, is a smoke-free complex, except for designated outdoor smoking areas. The non-smoking policy, which include e-cigarettes, apply to all common areas (i.e. pool decks, stairwells, etc.), inside condominium units and on balconies.
On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.

For the comfort and safety of all guests, U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, and similar vehicles are not permitted on the property.

Weather was beautiful and condo was very nice. Only issue we had was with refrigerator....light inside fridge is flashing and if you accidentally touch it, it will shock you. Refrigerator also seemed to put a water puddle on floor each evening and we had to put a towel down. Owner may want to check it out. Other than that it was perfect for our family.

The cleanliness was excellent!! For a couple too many people and long lines for the elevators. Parking in the garage was chaos. It was our daughters and their family's Christmas gift. They loved it because the kids loved the pool, slide, and lazy river.

Condo was great, very accommodating for our family of 6, and friends family of 4. Doesn’t face the ocean but you can see the beach from the corner of the back balcony. The building is huge so lots of people but it was quiet on the floor and we were patient with elevators. I was surprised that we had to pay additional for parking, I thought that was included in the stay…that was the only negative. Great place to stay!

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo- we had a party of 10 and there was plenty of space for our large family! The decor was beautiful, all the beds were super comfy and the extra living space at the back of the condo with the bunk bed alcove was a great idea and well used by our teenagers! We will recommend this condo to others and we would love to stay here again ourselves!
A few things that need a little attention:
Need more eating utensils and cookware. If you have space for 12 people, you likewise need to stock a kitchen with equipment to cook and serve for 12 people.
It would have been nice to have more comfortable seating on the balcony. The wooden chairs and lounger were not very comfy.
All in all- this is a great place to stay on the beach!!
We will definitely keep this condo on our list for future bookings for our beach trips!! 🙂👍
