My husband and I stayed with our adult children and our three grandboys - a total of 8 of us - for 5 nights in 3001. We had plenty of room to sleep comfortably, to eat and play games at the long dining room table, and to enjoy the views out on the balcony. We had an issue with the ac not cooling on one evening and called Mark to report it. He could not have been nicer and he had a repairman out the next morning. Turns out that it wasn’t even a problem with the ac units in our individual condo. An Oasis employee came by later in the afternoon and said that the building itself had been affected by the heat spike. The kids had a blast in the lazy river and went down the water slide on repeat! The splash pad is perfect for toddlers but our toddler didn’t spend much time there because he wants to be with the big brothers all the time. :) We visited Waterfront Park after reading good reviews. I wouldn’t recommend it in the summer. There wasn’t really any shade and it was HOT! But if you’re visiting when the weather is cooler then it’s a fun option. Lots of close stores to grab food and toiletries and toys if you need to. Thank you for opening your home and allowing us to stay!

We had a wonderful stay! The host was fantastic—very responsive, accommodating, and great to communicate with throughout our trip. The property itself was beautiful and perfect for our family gathering of four generations. We especially loved the outdoor living area!The only downsides had nothing to do with the host or the property. The elevator wait times, especially on Saturday, were extremely long—up to 40 minutes at times—with long lines and full elevators. The beach was also very crowded, although we were there during beautiful weather, so that was to be expected. Because of the elevator delays, we're not sure we would choose to stay at this particular resort again. However, that is in no way a reflection of the host. We would absolutely rent from this host again and would highly recommend them based on their excellent communication, responsiveness, and the quality of the property.

We do a family trip every year for 19 yrs now and the condo was amazing. Anything you need they have. We really enjoyed ourself and family time together . Thank you so much

The condo was great for what we needed. Larger family and it had plenty of room and lots of things to do on the property to entertain the wants of various ages and styles.
