This over-sized condo has a King in the Master, a King in Guest bedroom 1, 2 Queens in Guest bedroom 2, and a sleeper sofa with 1 twin sleeper chair in the living room, which helps accommodate 12 guests. Flat screen TV's in all Bedrooms and in the living room. There is tile throughout the condo, solid wood cabinetry, a private bathroom per bedroom, satellite cable service, lightning fast wireless Internet, a large open design kitchen with full stainless steel appliance package, wet bar, 300 square foot balcony, state-of-the-art air conditioning and hot water systems, washer and dryer, and much more!

The cleanliness of the property was excellent. We really appreciated the security aspect at the property. The property has many amenities that we could not take advantage of because of the weather. Our only complaint is the sectional sofa is very uncomfortable and worn out.

The check-in and out was easy. The rental company provided all the necessary info and logins necessary to make the stay smooth. The main issue was that we selected this unit specifically for access to the heated pool and hot tub and both were drained and being worked on during our visit. With children going to the beach in the fall, the lack of a heated pool and hot tub were a huge let down for our family. We had to fight tears because our children were so disappointed. The unit was mostly the same as pictured, except a lot more run down than pictured. The cream leather couch had lots of tears and cracks in it and spots where the leather is flaking off. The master bedroom headboard bumped the wall with any movement in the bed at all, and the master bathroom shower was so old that we were concerned it may break while we were in it. The kitchen was pretty and the countertops in the bathrooms were nice. Overall the unit was just a lot more tired than what was pictured.
