Relax and enjoy your stay in this newly renovated, beautifully appointed, and professionally decorated three bedroom, four bath condo. Step inside and experience seaside luxury at its finest. Careful attention was given to every detail and no expense spared when creating this unforgettable beach getaway. Custom woodwork accent walls, hand-selected artwork by local artists, and unique decor are found throughout the property making it truly one-of-a-kind escape for your family and friends.
The beach facing living room has floor to ceiling windows and breathtaking views from the 18th floor. After a long day of exploring all Orange Beach has to offer, a large section couch is perfect for curling up with the whole family while you watch TV or enjoy the ambiance of the built-in fireplace. The large balcony has unbelievable views of the beach and miles of ocean. The kitchen is fully stocked and features stainless steel appliances and quartz counter tops, and a kitchen-adjacent wet-bar and icemaker will enhance any gathering.
The master bedroom and 2nd bedroom have king sized beds. The 3rd bedroom sleeps 6 and features 2 queens with custom-built loft beds above. There is also a sofa sleeper in the living area providing total sleeping accommodations for up to 12. The living room features a large 65 inch TV and additional TVs include a 55 inch in the master and 40+ inch TVs in the additional bedroos.
Come enjoy our newest amenities that include a new adult pool in addition to the already wonderful and relaxing outdoor pool, lazy river and slide. Kids can enjoy the upgraded, fun and lively splash pad. The grill area has been updated to a large covered pavilion that also includes games like corn hole etc. If you don’t feel like cooking or going out to eat, you can grab a drink and a bite to eat at the on-site cafe and; bar. There is a well stocked souvenir shop as well for those last minute essentials and memories to take home.
The Oasis also offers basketball courts, pickle-ball courts, tennis court and putting green. The heated indoor pool is perfect for those cooler days. Near the indoor pool you will find four hot tubs. There is a great fitness room located on the 15th floor overlooking the beach, with two more hot tubs and saunas on the floor below. You have covered parking in the garage.
For your convenience we have installed a keyless entry door lock so you and your family/friends do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay!
Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $60 per vehicle. Any 3br or 4br unit you rent at Oasis guarantees you can purchase up to two parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but please do not expect the front desk to sell extra passes during the summer season.

We had an amazing time. The balcony view was amazing morning and night. The pools were amazing the lazy river, the waterslide, my granddaughter love playing on it all day. There’s so much to do at the condo and really don’t never have to leave unless you wanna get something to eat but the food at the bar is amazing. It’s fun for the whole family. We had a family volleyball. Can’t wait to come back next year.

Everything was awesome except the elevator situation was awful at times. Not near enough elevators for a building that size. Awesome condo. Great staff. Loved the pools and lazy river. Great setup with the Adults pool as well.

We love The Oasis.We have stayed here several times.This unit was one of our favorites.The bunk room was a favorite.The interior design was a bonus.Loved the classy beach vibe.The fireplace was a bonus!The kitchen had more than we could have possibly needed,which was so nice.Property manager was on point with everything.

Our family of 9 enjoyed 4 incredible days at the Oasis. Even though the beach was closed due to weather, we enjoyed the indoor pool, basketball/tennis/pickleball courts, and comfort of our balcony. This unit was just top notch as far as making you feel unplugged and on full vacation!
