Location and value
Front door key pad was very sensitive and had an extremely short time to input the code. Code was TEN digits long!!

Location was great and home was decently stocked .
Initial impression was great but was disappointed in some cleanliness. The comforter on the small bed, upper bunk, was covered in animal fur. Lower bunk was missing the bottom sheet. One sauce pan in the kitchen is clearly damaged.
The place was really well stocked with linens so we were able to easily rectify the bedding issues. The pan is damaged but still worked.

Close to the beach
The yard wasn’t fenced, the house wasn’t very clean. Had to change the sheets on the bed when we got there. There was dust bunnies on the floor. Wish there was a dishwasher
