Neptune's Place

Wonderful location. Close to the beach and downtown cafe's and stores. The fireplace was great on chilly mornings.

You can’t beat the location. We timed our walk from the front door to the sand and it took 1 minutes 40 seconds. Also relatively close to downtown seaside. It was rainy and we still walked everywhere with kids and a baby! The carpets are old and a bit stained but that comes with the territory - a house that allows multiple dogs. The house has that old seaside beach house charm that I remember as a kid. We loved our stay here and will definitely return to Neptune’s Place very soon.

Location is good you don’t have to drive anywhere. The downstairs is nice and ready to entertain. Along with the hot tub and fire place 👍🏻

property is located next to a low income housing project in back of house. Kids were breaking thru wooden pickets, throwing toys over fence, knocked on door asking for toys. Doing it again. Hot Tub is not private. Neighbors 2 story deck have a full view. Low income housing behind hotub has kids that will use fence as a goal for soccer or something. Avoid if you like privacy.
