Other than a musty smell throughout the house, decor was dated, and 2 of the living room chairs could be upgraded, this place was everything we needed it to be. Very clean, very nice beds, stocked very well

We loved the location - away from the traffic and crowds on Broadway, but close enough to walk there. Also, easy walk to beach access. I appreciated all the beach towels at the house, the outside hose for washing off sand, and the laundry facilities. We used the Little Tikes wagon, too! Kitchen was well-stocked. We would come here again.
The overhead light in the living room didn't work. There were extra bulbs in the closet, but they weren't for this type of fixture. No big deal - we used lamps.
