This second floor oceanfront villa has recent updates.
This 3 bedroom, 3 bath villa has a complete kitchen with a living room/dining room combination. The master bedroom has a king size bed with oceanfront balcony and a tile shower. The second bedroom has 2 full beds with full bathroom. The third bedroom has 2 queen beds with full bathroom.
Ocean One has a large swimming pool(not heated) with plenty of chaise lounges along with umbrella tables, chairs and gas grills. The location is great and the view is spectacular! The unit is located next door to the Beach House and within walking distance to Coligny Plaza. The unit has 2 elevators and luggage carts are available to make it easy for our guests. Two parking passes are available per unit. Many of our guests return year after year. Hilton Head is a great place to vacation any time of the year.

Condo has everything you could want. There is easy beach access, beach gear in closet to use, great view. Communication with owner was easy . Highly recommend this place!

Everything was as described, but better! The owners were very helpful and readily available. Loved every minute of our stay. It was our annual ladies trip and the property wàs just perfect.

We had the absolute best time staying at this condo over spring break! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that every detail had been thoughtfully considered to make our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. The condo was stocked with everything we needed — from all the essential kitchen items to beach gear, which made heading to the shore a breeze.What really stood out were the little extras that you typically have to remember to pack yourself — things like trash bags, hand soap, and aluminum foil. It’s those thoughtful touches that really make a difference!The owner was truly a joy to work with. She provided incredibly detailed information before our arrival, which made check-in seamless, and she even checked in with us throughout the week to make sure everything was going smoothly. That level of care and communication was so appreciated.I was also very impressed by the property management and maintenance staff. The grounds were always clean, well-kept, and felt very safe. You can tell the team takes great pride in their work.We’re already talking about our next trip and definitely plan to book this condo again. Highly, highly recommend!
