About this apartment rental
Stay ocean-side and enjoy many benefits of an oceanfront complex without paying oceanfront prices. 5th floor ocean-side condo sleeps up to 10 people. Great for a large family. King bed in the master bedroom, two doubles in bedroom 2, 1 Queen in bedroom 3, 2 twins in bedroom 4, and three full-sized baths. Guests staying in Ocean One 502 enjoy a landscape view and won't have to cross a street to reach the pool, grill area or beach. After hours in the surf, vacationers rinse under the outdoor shower located on the complex's private beach walkway and then dip into the oceanfront swimming pool. Ocean One is a five story elevator building located in South Forest Beach. Among the amenities offered throughout Hilton Head Island, Ocean One is one block from the Coligny Beach Market, a quaint downtown area that offers guests a wide selection of restaurants, shopping venues, and entertainment for all ages. This nicely furnished property has an updated kitchen and baths with sparkling white cabinets, fixtures, and appliances. The Master bedroom has a 32" Flat Screen. Size of condo was perfect for our family of 7 adults. Very spacious. Located on beach, easy access and very nice pool area. Walking distance to Coligny.

I really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was nice and clean and the location was excellent. It is close to all the key places in the city and it is just a short walk to the beach. So overall, a great location. The only thing to improve would be 1) the place was short on toilet paper. Haha. and 2) the outside floors in the apartment complex (not in the apartment itself) were very slippery.
