Very responsive owner with helpful restaurant recommendations! Great hospitality. This condo was great for our group of 6. Very comfortable, clean, and like new. It’s a quiet location tucked off a major street and very central. There’s even a park with playground right across the street! It’s about a mile south of the main part of downtown, so with small children and elderly in our group, we didn’t end up walking to restaurants as I originally thought we might. There are a fair number of stairs, as all the bedrooms are on the 3rd floor, and the first floor only has a sitting area (that can be converted into sleeping area) and a bathroom. The train horns at all hours could be off-putting to light sleepers. Despite these quibbles, our family enjoyed a wonderful time here!

Wei was extremely helpful on guidance and recommendations for the area, as well as being very attentive with communications before and during our stay. Everything was very clean and as advertised. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if we are in Colorado Springs.
