About this house rental
Brand new modern construction right on Colorado Avenue in Old Colorado City, just a few blocks from downtown Colorado Springs. Enjoy high-end finishes and custom touches throughout this property. Guests will enjoy the full kitchen with connected patio. The living room has an open floor plan that includes a gas fire place and easy access to the kitchen and dining area for entertainment. There is also a shared backyard firepit and Cornhole.
The upstairs has a full master suite with a large walk in closet and on suite bathroom. The master bathroom has a huge bath tub with plenty of room for two :) The shower has spa like feel with a river rock lining and lots of space. There are 2 additional bedrooms upstairs and one with a unique walk out balcony, perfect for a morning coffee or just watching the action down bellow. There is also a laundry closet and a full second bathroom rounding off the 2nd level. In addition to the 3 bed rooms, there is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, for a total of 8 guests.
Undoubtedly the best part about this property is the location. With great restaurants, breweries and shops within short walking distance. Places such as Cerberus brewing Co., Front Range Bbq, 503 West, and Colorado Mountain Brewery just to name a few. Manitou Springs is a short 5 minute drive, along with the Garden of the Gods, and Downtown is literally a few blocks away. (Please note that some furnishings and decorations may change from the listing pictures, but will remain high quality and new.)

Location of the property was central to everything we planned on doing. The house was very clean and comfortable. The beds were great, the kitchen spacious, plenty of seating. I can't say enough how great this house is. We will stay again!

We were on an adult cousins trip, this home fit 5 adults comfortably. Even the pull out couch as good and comfy. Quiet and convenient location, in old town CO springs, right near downtown and manitou springs. We did lots of hiking, rafting and nightlife, all were close by! Enjoyed our stay and we’re
