Perfect location for our family of 5 in town for our 6th's graduation from Colorado College. Well-provisioned kitchen, excellent communication with host, comfortable beds.

My family stayed in this cozy home for a wedding. It was centrally located for our activities both for downtown Colorado Springs and for sights such as Garden of the Gods and Pikes Peak.

The house had a strong, rancid smell when we first arrived, which made the initial impression unpleasant. We ended up buying supplies to freshen the space, and later discovered the smell was coming from the garbage disposer. To the property manager’s credit, they did communicate with us and followed up the next day to try to resolve the issue, but by then we had already figured it out ourselves. The lawn and yard upkeep were not maintained, which added to the feeling that the property hadn’t been used in a while. Upon entering, we noticed some cobwebs and had to kill a few insects. That being said, once we settled in, our overall experience was good. The property manager’s responsiveness was appreciated, and aside from the initial cleanliness and maintenance issues, the house met our needs.
