House in Colorado Springs, CO

About this house rental
This is a 1,890 square foot split level in central Colorado Springs, set up for a group that would rather cook than eat out. The main level is one open room: kitchen, dining table and living room together, so whoever is cooking stays in the conversation. The island seats three, the table seats eight, and the covered patio outside seats another six.
Upstairs: three bedrooms and a full bath with a tub. King in the primary, a queen in each of the other two, ceiling fans throughout.
Downstairs: the game room. A pool and ping-pong combo table (not full size), a basketball arcade game, a dartboard, a TV and a sofa. The bunk with its trundle and the sleeper sofa are both in this room, out in the open rather than behind a door, and that is how the house sleeps ten. A second full bathroom on this level has a walk-in shower and a door that locks.
Outside: a fully fenced private backyard with a covered patio, string lights, a charcoal grill, a fire pit and a mountain view over the fence.
Honest notes before you book. There are four levels and stairs connect all of them, with no bedroom or bathroom on the main floor. There is no spa in the yard. Two full baths serve ten people, so a full house should expect a morning order. The house has central air and the top level still runs warm in summer; every bedroom has a ceiling fan and there are portable fans on hand. Both fireplaces are decorative and cannot be lit. The yard is rock rather than grass and the floors and stairs are hardwood, which matters if you are bringing a small dog.
Dogs only, two maximum, $75 per dog. Colorado Springs permit STRP-25-0638.
