Très belle villa, très spacieuse : nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'espace, le confort, la propreté, la grande cuisine... Et la piscine! Piscine très agréable, rien qu'à soi. Très propre. Située à peu près à 40/45 minutes des lieux les plus importants de l'île, ce qui est parfait.

On se demande pourquoi toutes les nuits, les chiens hurlent! Il y a aussi des blattes, insecte local... Mais bon, ça personne ne peut rien y faire.

La vue sur l'océan, l'espace extérieur avec barbecu, la piscine privée, Bien équipée. Qiartier calme. Les attentions d'accueil et les biens de première nécessités fournis. Réponses rapides de l'agence pendant le séjour même si insatisfaisantes.

La climatisation alors qu'il faisait très chaud dans la maison et le portail qui ne fonctionnaient pas. L'eau pas très chaude dans la maison, La forte odeur d'humidité. Les cafards. L'absence de réponse à nos questions avant notre départ.

Spacious property, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen. Really appreciated the welcome gifts. Private parking garage with direct access to the house. The private pool (complete with incredible view) exceeded our expectations! Located in a quiet village/town on the north side of the island, but in easy reach of the airport, and other points of interest along the north coast of Madeira. Perfect for visitors who are looking for a quiet say in stunning surroundings.

There was no working AC and only 2 fans supplied for a three bedroom property. However, we raised this with the hosts and after a couple of nights, the additional fan was delivered, which we very much appreciated. A collander would be a very useful addition to the otherwise very well-equipped kitchen!

The view , the north location near Santana

-The broken deckchairs, -the dirty plastic garden table -The toaster caught fire because the bread was stuck in the oven... The view is beautiful and the location easy to visit the north. Beware they charge 10 euros per day per child from 2 years old and this is not mentioned in the conditions of the establishment. You just have to know it to calculate it and compare well with other more qualitative houses for the total price. And we found better value for money elsewhere. But it was too late... They came to fix the blocked shower but the broken toaster and the broken deck chairs were not replaced despite our request at the beginning of our stay. Hence the bill for the bad service. Please check before choosing this accommodation provider.
