Beautiful, completely remodeled 2BR/2BA condo at Park Place in the most convenient location - the center of Breckenridge!
This spacious condo is an end unit at the top floor, providing amazing 270° views of Mt. Baldy, the town and ski slopes, all in a quiet, peaceful place (with no noisy neighbor’s steps from above!). It comfortably sleeps up to 7 people and greets you with a perfect layout; two separate, very private bedroom suites, kitchen, dining room, living room and private balcony. The balcony has unobstructed, stunning views of downtown Breckenridge. The unit has free high speed wifi.
Bedroom suite #1 has a rustic mountain feel with a king size bed, flat screen TV, an en-suite bathroom with a separate walk-in steam shower room. New mattress November 2024.
Bedroom suite #2 offers a cozy, peaceful flair with a queen size and a twin size bed, flat screen TV, an en-suite bathroom with a separate shower room. New mattresses November 2024.
Towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner and body wash are provided for our guests!
The spacious living room has a vaulted ceiling and offers amazing views from every window. A beautiful modern gas fireplace, large flat screen TV on a swing-out mount, with sound system and new furniture. The sofa set which includes a queen size sleeper sofa, a love seat and a chair makes the room a stylish yet cozy and comfortable place to relax.
The condo also offers an outside ski storage closet with a convenient combination lock. Just outside the door and down the steps are two hot tubs for Apres Ski relaxation. There is ample parking (covered and open) and you will receive a parking permit prior to your arrival.
Three more hot tubs and a large heated pool are just a few minutes walk away.
Park Place’s location cannot be beat … Catch the free shuttle bus just across the street to hit the slopes –- Snowflake lift (to Peak 8) or Beaver Run lift (to Peak 9). When you are done skiing, ski down Four O’clock run, take off your skis and walk across the street back to the condo.
Ready to browse the town? Just walk a few steps across the beautiful Blue River Bridge and you are right in the center of town where you’ll find restaurants, shops and galleries all while enjoying the breathtaking scenery that surrounds Breckenridge.

Wonderful place to stay in Breckenridge. The condo with stocked with everything needed for a complete and comfortable vacation. The hosts were communicative, kind, and accommodating. Would highly recommend!

Condo was clean and well stocked, location is excellent. Pool was nice. We stayed in the summer and kept the windows open at night, but the proximity to the main street made it a little noisy with trucks and other traffic. Great view from the patio, you’re right across from the main street and square. Plenty of parking at all times.

Amazing property, location and views. We can't say enough about it. Just a perfect place to stay. We will be back later in the year.
