About this villa rental
Our second floor, updated, clean villa, is located in a secure private community. Please keep in mind there is not an elevator and there are 28 steps to climb.
Our villa offers secure, private WiFi.
The master bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, full private updated bath and smart TV. There are sliding doors which lead to a private deck overlooking the lagoon.
The second bedroom boasts two full beds, a private updated bath and smart TV. Sliding doors lead to a second deck overlooking the lagoon.
Our spacious living room has access to both private decks. It is equipped with a sleeper sofa and smart TV.
The kitchen is updated and well-equipped. The dining area will seat six comfortably.
Once you leave our beautiful villa, it is a very short walk to the beach, pool, golf, tennis, pickleball and restaurants. It is the perfect location for a relaxing family vacation.
During peak season there is a complimentary shuttle service to take you to your favorite Palmetto Dunes and Shelter Cove locations. Keywords: 2nd floor secluded villa

Excellent condo in the Moorings neighborhood of Palmetto Dunes. The condo is a quick walk to the Dunes House and beach. It's also located on the side of the intercoastal waterway making it peaceful. The bathrooms and kitchen are newly updated and lovely. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking. The host is very communicative and made the whole process so easy. Would stay here again!

Loved everything about our stay. The beach villa was extremely clean, well equipped with everything we needed, comfortable and just a short walk to the beach. Great communication with the host. We will definitely be back!

Property was in a great location. Short walk to the beach and tennis/pickleball center. It is updated and very nicely decorated.
The owners were great to work with and very responsive. We are planning to rent it again in the future

We have stayed in this complex before and we knew the location was where we wanted to be. The condo is well cared for. We did run into issues with a barking dog in another condo, but the owner made a call and it was taken care of immediately. I would absolutely recommend this rental.
