Designed for relaxed coastal living, the villa features a bright, open layout with a tastefully remodeled kitchen that flows into the spacious living area. Two private balconies, a large flat-screen TV, and a sleeper sofa create an inviting space to unwind after a day at the beach, while the centrally located dining area enhances the open and airy feel throughout.
The primary bedroom serves as a comfortable retreat with a king bed, flat-screen TV, and an ensuite bathroom featuring a vanity area and separate tub and shower. The second bedroom includes two queen beds and access to a full bathroom with a tub/shower combination, ideal for families or additional guests. Near the entryway, a third full bathroom offers a stall shower and conveniently houses the stackable washer and dryer—perfect for rinsing off sandy feet after a beach day. The property was exactly as described. We arrived to a clean welcoming condo with a short walk to the beach. All amenities were in good condition. We needed to contact the management company over a few minor things and they responded quickly and immediately took care of the issue.

The unit was in a great location and is spacious. It is advertised as newly updated but the bath tubs and toilets are in need of updating and there is a lack of water pressure. Otherwise the unit is nice
