Moorings 91 is a 2 bedroom, 3 bathroom, raised 1st level Moorings villa rental close to the beach and the pool in the sought after Palmetto Dunes Oceanfront Resort on Hilton Head Island. This Palmetto Dunes villa is set in a prime location with amenities that will please the whole family.
This modern Moorings villa is recently remodeled and features updated flooring, bedroom furnishings, appliances including washer and dryer, fresh paint throughout, updated living room furniture.
The open plan living area is spacious with a comfortable sofa sleeper, a flat screen TV for entertainment, a 6 seater dining table and fully-equipped kitchen for easy vacation meal prep.
The primary bedroom has a king size bed, flat screen TV, private en-suite bathroom and access to private balcony.
The second bedroom features two queen beds, a flat screen TV, a slider door to the balcony and a private bath.
Please specify # of security gate passes are needed at time of reservation; Passes are charged per car per week.
Palmetto Dunes is a 2000 acre oceanfront resort that reaches from the 3 miles of white sandy beach, through 11 miles of lagoons, 3 golf courses, and 25 tennis courts, to the bikeway under highway 278 that provides access to the Shelter Cove Marina, shops, restaurants, and Mall.
The Moorings complex, within the Palmetto Dunes Resort, is very close to the beach and also features an on-site pool that is open April through September. The Moorings complex is not equipped with elevators. All beach distances are measured from the center of the complex.
A non-refundable fee of $200.00 per pet plus tax is required if you are bringing a pet. Max is 2 dogs; 75 pounds per dog.

Overall, this is a great rental. The location is excellent and everything was as described. The rental company instructions and communication were great. The unit is on the first floor and thus you can hear the upstairs neighbors walking around sometimes, but otherwise the property is a gem. We would stay here again.

We throughly enjoyed our beach getaway. The location of the condo was great, close to tennis/PB courts and just a short walk to the beach and The Dunes House.
