About this villa rental
This raised single level (16 steps up to door) open floor plan villa rental is an easy walk to the beach, tennis, golf, General Store and Outfitters. Parking is located under the building. You'll notice all-new luxury Vinyl Plank flooring throughout! The Primary bedroom features en-suite Master Bathroom with separate dressing area, Flat Screen TV and balcony access.
The Primary bathroom is a tiled tub and shower combination. The Guest Bedroom also features an en-suite Guest Bathroom, Flat Screen TV with slider to the deck. The Guest Bathroom is a tiled tub and shower combination as well. The Kitchen comes fully equipped and looks out to the Dining and Living areas. The Dining table has seating for six. The Living Room features all-new furniture with its Queen Sleeper Sofa, love seat, recliner and side chair. There is also a Flat Screen TV and DVD player along with the slider to the deck. There is an additional Guest Bathroom with washer/dryer off the main hallway, which features a tiled walk-in shower.

Nice place, perfect location for our needs. Steps from the beach, very close to golf, general store, rentals, etc. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Like many things, it could use a few updates (shower heads, dishwasher, and a bit of paint repair); but nothing concerning enough that it took away from the trip.

Overall was good. Very convenient to the beach. Noticeably issue is the noise from upstairs. The noise of people walking upstairs was very noticeable and loud into the night. The furniture was a bit dated and uncomfortable. The beach is quite busy.

Loved the location and accommodations were nice. However, the unit needs some TLC (painting, a few other repairs, VERY slow draining tub in master bath, wonky dishwasher door, etc.) Beds were comfortable, as was furniture.

2of the sliding glass doors did not lock, none of the bathroom outlets worked. Some plugs had only one of the plugs that worked which seemed like a safety hazard.
