About this villa rental
This villa is a quick walk to the beach and Dunes House oceanfront bar and grill.
Upon entering the villa you'll notice that the bedrooms are separated on either side by the Kitchen, Living and Dining Areas. This makes it ideal for both families and groups. In the hallway leading to the Kitchen there is a bonus bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower, granite vanity and washer/dryer. The Kitchen is beautiful with its custom cabinetry, stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. There is also bar seating for four. Beyond the Kitchen the Dining Area comfortably seats six. The Living Room features comfortable and tasteful beach decor with a flat screen TV and slider access to your private balcony.
The Primary Bedroom contains a King bed, private balcony access and an en-suite Primary Bathroom. The Primary Bath has been wonderfully updated with a tiled tub and shower combination and granite vanity. The Guest Bedroom features two sets of Twin Bunk beds, flat screen TV, en-suite Guest Bathroom and private access to the balcony. The Guest Bath is updated with a tiled tub and shower combination.
You will be easy walking distance to much of what Palmetto Dunes offers including the Robert Trent Jones golf course, Palmetto Dunes Tennis Center, General Store and Alexanders Restaurant.
This villa is the top of the two villas which is the third story as they sit above the garage.

The online check-in experience with Palmetto Dunes was seamless (they mailed everything to us approximately 10 days before check-in) and the rental property matched the description and photos. Key highlights included, bunk beds, closeness to the pool and beach/ocean, The Dunes House, and accessibility to restaurants, shopping, and attractions throughout the island.

It was good. The unit was large and well furnished. Very clean and was very quiet. The Moorings was clsoe to the beach. The only issue was that the toilet in the master suite ran so we turned it off but it was not an issue since there was 2 other toilets. Mattresses were comfortable.

A short walk to the beach. Our rental was clean but needed updating. The pool was murky and did not seem like it was cleaned in a long time.
