About this apartment rental
This cozy 2nd-floor 2-bedroom, 3-bath villa is located in Palmetto Dunes. Just a minute's walk from the gorgeous Atlantic Ocean. The elevated single-level villa features an open living , dining area, and two separate decks. The bright king master bedroom has an En-suite bathroom. The guest bedroom offers 2 Queen beds and a full bathroom. Each bedroom has access to separate decks that also share access from the living room. The third full bathroom, located off the kitchen, is also where you will find the washer and dryer.
You won't be able to beat the proximity to all the great Palmetto Dunes amenities such as golf, tennis, kayaking, and miles of bike paths. Shelter Cove Towne Centre is also convenient where you can enjoy shopping, dining, and seasonal live outdoor entertainment.
* DECK PROJECT to begin with Building 1 and proceed sequentially through Building 12. The tentative project date is November 2, 2026 through April 24, 2027. At this time, we estimate that each building will take approximately two weeks to complete. (15 Moorings is Building 2)

It was a very nice location near the beach. On the downside the unit is directly behind the Hilton Hotel - giving you a poor view and some early morning noise from workers and a basketball court right behind the condo. The furnishings are good. Maintenance is just okay with a rotted out screen in one bathroom and screen sliders that are in bad shape. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

The condo was so clean and welcoming and had everything we needed for our month-long stay. The loaction was IDEAL to the beach, walking / biking trails, general store, tennis courts, etc. The management company was so thorough with proving all sorts of info before and during our stay and responded to my question immediately when I first arrived on a Sunday afternoon. We plan to be back next year!
