Villa was clean and spacious. The location of the 2nd bedroom gave the third adult in our party privacy, when needed. Television remotes were easy to operate which is not always the case in villas. Very short walk to ocean. Even less of a walk to the pool. Palmetto Dunes is a beautiful area.

Overall great location. The place needs a little work...example, the door would not lock on a few occasions. (It appears that someone had tried to use a screwdriver in the past to get in and thus the lock just needs to be replaced) There was construction of some sort going on throughout the day with the banging of hammers and found a few “critters aka bugs roaches” inside the condo. Some of the furniture could be replaced but overall our stay was good with a GREAT location.
