I took my 2 teen daughters and 2 of their friends for a graduation trip. This condo was perfect for 5 people and would have easily fit 6. We all loved the quiet screen in porch off the back. It made rainy days feel special. the door between the living room/kitchen is so helpful early in the morning and late in the evening. The full laundry is always a bonus at the beach. The large front porch was helpful to keep our beach gear out of the rain. The walk to the beach is an easy 5 minutes or less depending on how much you are carrying and the closest beach access is bike friendly. Would love to stay here again.

We loved everything about this condo! The pool and beach were a hit for our kids. It also had everything we needed, including enough toilet paper and paper towels for a family of six. Palmetto Dunes is also a beautiful resort and has been our favorite place to stay on the island.

Best part about the property - location. This was what I was looking for. It was just a short stroll to the beach carrying umbrella and chairs...not huffing long distances with all the beach essentials. It was also a quick walk to the general store and pickle ball courts. The property was nicely decorated and we enjoyed the extra space in the screened porch. Would definitely go back!

We couldn’t have been happier with the villa. It’s location with easy walking distance to the
Beach, beautiful pool and nicely decorated unit. Only suggestion is to provide beach towels, chairs and access to the two bikes that were locked up on the front porch. (Perhaps at an additional cost) Traveling from CA, it would have been nice to have access to these. We had a terrific stay and hope to return again next year!!
