A sea view first floor apartment in the Greenhill area of Weymouth, can sleep four people in two bedrooms.
Beach View Apartment 3 is a first floor apartment just steps from Greenhill beach in weymouth. The property has 1 x king-size bedroom with en-suite and 1 x twin, and a bathroom and sleeps four. It has a kitchen and a sitting room with dining area. There is space for two cars. There is also access to a communal enclosed walled courtyard with picnic bench. Beach View Apartment, in Greenhill, Weymouth is just the best place to spend your beach holiday in Dorset. Note: The picnic bench is in an enclosed walled courtyard. Note: Guests do not have access to lawned garden.

Town: Greenhill is Weymouth notorious for it’s many pretty pastel beach huts, well maintained gardens and pebbly beach that at lower tides leads to sand. The beach is often less busy than the main sandy Weymouth beach and so often popular with those who want a slightly quieter beach day. There are a choice of beach side café’s to choose from as well as a pitch and putt and tennis. There are many Georgian houses which front along the esplanade with extensive sea views and walking the esplanade day dreaming about the beautiful houses is a common past time. It’s a short 10-15-minute stroll from Greenhill into Weymouth main town centre, where you can find winding lanes with local independent shops for browsing as well as high street favourites. Greenhill is the ideal location for people want to be close to the centre without being in it.

Lovely spacious apartment. Fantastic view out to sea, especially as we had such great weather so there was plenty of activity to see in and on the water. The apartment had more amenities than was mentioned on the site such as an iron, ironing board, hairdryer, tea towel, oven gloves - which was irritating as we’d taken most of these with us. The windows were not easy to open & close unless you were tall, so this was a difficulty in such hot weather. Our complaint was the quality of the cleaning for our arrival - it was simply not good enough. The fridge in particular was disgraceful, breadcrumbs were left in the kitchen & hair was left in bathrooms. Not a showstopper but the double mattress could also do with being replaced as it’s far too springy & was not great for my back. The apartment is in a great location - just near enough to get into Weymouth but far enough to escape the town’s noise. We did have a lovely week.
