Location, cleanliness, parking. I travelled with my sister so only needed 2 bedrooms, however we both love being a stones throw from the sea and the location of the apartment was ideal. We didn't benefit from the sea view quite as much as hoped due to the layout of the furniture, however this did not impact our stay negatively. Private parking is must-have which this property has and essential for Weymouth. Located a 2-minute walk behind the apartment. Another high priority is cleanliness and I cannot praise the cleaners enough - this place is as close to immaculate as it can be. The apartment is spacious and more value for money if you maximise use of the 3 bedrooms. Main bathroom and shower room beautifully fitted out.

Not really a dislike but parking instructions a little confusing, however, when you park you understand it is difficult to explain on an email. My advice - pay attention to the info provided and look out for number 27 on the left before parking on the right. I was unsure so knocked at Flat 2 (again this makes sense when you visit!) and the resident was so friendly and welcoming (the same cannot be said of the resident in the top flat) and confirmed we were in the right place. Again, not a dislike but bare in mind that although beautifully fitted out, the shower room is small and not on the same floor as the bedrooms.

Beautiful property very spacious, well equipped and ideal beachfront location. Perfect for viewing the summer fireworks on a Monday night. The host is lively knowledgeable and provides some great hints and tips for things to do

There was nothing we didn’t like about the property but there are quite a few steps up to the property (which is well worth it) but may be a struggle for those with mobility issues.

A great apartment with fabulous views. Extremely comfortable with everything you could need except a potato masher

Location was ideal.Sea view from 2 bedrooms and the living room. Very short walk to town centre, bars and restaurants. Sandy beach and sea just across the road. Car parking was a bonus and if public transport was required, all close by.

Not a criticism but be mindful of stairs for access up to appartment. Didn’t cause us any problems or spoil our enjoyment in any way
