To the outside of the apartment is off road parking for two cars and a pretty garden to the back of the property has a lawned area with small patio and is shared with Weymouth Bay Apartment B. The beach is often less busy than the main sandy Weymouth beach and so often popular with those who want a slightly quieter beach day. There are many Georgian houses which front along the esplanade with extensive sea views and walking the esplanade day dreaming about the beautiful houses is a common past time.
