About this house rental
Comfort Hill is an exclusive holiday home situated in one of the most desirable spots along the South Coast, right at the top of Bowleaze Coveway! Soak up the breath-taking panoramic sea views from every room in the house, or enjoy taking in the scenery from the hot tub. Set over two floors, the house is spacious and well thought out, making it an ideal base for a family get together or to celebrate a special occasion with friends.
The entrance hall is bright and welcoming, leading into the open plan living, dining room with large picture windows framing the magnificent views of Weymouth Bay. There is a large settee looking out to sea, along with a sociable dining table with seating for eight and overhead rope hanging lights. Just off the main living space is a cosy snug, with comfortable sofa seating and a large wall mounted, flat screen smart TV. To the other side of the living area, is the large kitchen complete with integrated appliances and an AGA for the cooler months. There is a breakfast bar with stools and a breakfast table for a quick breakfast on the go! Also on the ground floor is a conveniently located twin bedroom, with an en-suite walk in shower room.
Up to the first floor there are three large bedrooms; two king size and one twin along with a further two family bathrooms. The bedrooms and bathrooms have been renovated to an extremely high standard with beautiful décor throughout.
Outside, there is a large lawn along with a spacious patio area and outside seating. We also supply a gas BBQ. From the hot tub you can relax and soak up the sea views. The driveway has secure gates and parking for five cars. Pets welcome!
