The room, location, staff everything was excellent

Everything was great.

I was in room 1. Definitely worth paying the additional $5 a night for a deluxe room. Very peaceful and quiet. Pretty garden and water features. Run by a lovely family. Clean room and bedding. There is a fantastic Warung right across the road. You must try it. Full plate of rice and healthy vegetable dishes with an egg for $1.50 NZD

Air Con was only just good enough. Could use a service. Not the quietest. Bathroom floor didn't drain well. Neither of these things bothered me but good to be aware.

Staff was helpful and friendly, location of it is good.

A bathroom of one of the rooms we stayed at was a little smelly, ventilation could have been improved.

The location was the best part of the property

They are in the process of doing construction on the entrance and I stayed there for one month and was lied to on numerous times about the completion date. The construction is still ongoing and creates an unsafe and unwelcoming environment. The bed is completely worn out and needs to be replaced My room is not ready at the check-in time and despite having one hour left to check out, the staff went into my room and threw away my belongings, including expensive clothing and medication's on the day of my departure.
