About this apartment rental
This recently upgraded 3 bedroom/2 bath condo sleeps 8 with a cozy king size bed in the master bedroom, an on suite bathroom, 2 full beds in the second bedroom and twin over full bunk in the third bedroom. The fully stocked kitchen is equipped with new appliances and all the comforts of home. This unit features both a Keurig, as well as a drip coffee maker for all you coffee lovers. The living room has a sleeper sofa, and lots of comfortable seating. Enjoy the breathtaking Gulf view from the master bedroom and living room areas. Take a refreshing swim in one of the three pools SeaSpray has to offer, or soak in the hot tub. You can also enjoy our well equipped beach front gym, grilling area, and marina with a boat slip. If you're up for a game, we also have newly resurfaced tennis/pickleball courts for your enjoyment! Come and relax in this coastal getaway! You will not be disappointed.
Minimum age to rent is 25 years old.
Parking passes are $50.00 per vehicle, per stay. Boat/Trailer registration fee $300.00 per week or $50.00 per day.

This was the perfect place to stay. Just 2 minutes from the condo to the ocean, the pool and hot tub were even closer, and everything was so calm and peaceful. It’s the perfect location if you’re looking for a peaceful time at the beach. We did not try to find non-beach/pool activities or restaurants, so I can’t comment on those things.The condo itself was great. The perfect setup for the 7 of us who stayed there with adults and kids. Very comfortable. SO CLEAN!!! And I very much appreciate the owners leaving a bit of laundry soap so we could refresh towels mid-week and dishwasher soap so we didn’t have to bring or buy that. I also really appreciate having brooms available to help control the inevitably sandy floors. And checking out was super easy. It was a bit tricky to have all the dishes washed and put away by checkout, but there were so few requirements, it’s hard to have a real complaint. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a low key, calm beach vacation!

we were so impressed with our condo. it’s hard to know if your on the beach when you reserve your dates. This was perfect for our sister trip. the view of the ocean from the balcony is spectacular and the condo was spacious, extremely clean and comfortable. Location: your a few steps from the back entrance to the white sand. Plenty of shopping, all kinds of resturants in the area and not crowded. Sheryl, the manager, was super friendly, helpful and has a great personallity. We will be back. We are senior travlers, ages 71,70 and 66 and we were thrilled to get this condo at the last minute. We loved our stay The condo is bright and roomy and is well equipped. The view is gorgeous. The pool was always clean and everything seemed to be well maintained and clean. It was very hard to leave but we definitely plan on staying there again.
