Welcome to this spacious 3-bedroom 3 bath vacation retreat, thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation. The primary suite features a luxurious New King bed and a private ensuite bath with a double vanity and a garden tub/shower combo. The second bedroom offers a Queen bed with a twin over a full bunk that also has an ensuite bath with traditional tub/shower combo while the third bedroom offers a Queen bed and a conveniently located full bath in the adjoining hallway. After a fun-filled day at the beach, unwind in the expansive living room, complete with two plush sofas and a new electric leather recliner, providing plenty of space for everyone to relax. The open floor plan highlights a beautiful dining area with additional breakfast bar seating. Planning a family game night? You're covered - there's an extra table dedicated just for games and gatherings. The fully equipped kitchen is a dream for any home chef featuring stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and both a drip coffee maker and a Keurig. Whether you're preparing a gourmet meal or a quick beach snack, you'll have everything you need. Parking passes are managed by VRPS (Vacation Rental Parking Solutions) $55.00 plus tax, per vehicle, per stay. Boat/Trailer registration fee $350.00 per week or $55.00 per day.
Any vehicles not registered will be ticketed, booted or towed at vehicle owner's expense.

Our family loves staying in Perdido Key, Florida. This is the second time we have stayed at the SeaSpray complex. It has everything we need. This visit, we were with extended family and needed a 3 bedroom condo. It had all the necessities and it accommodated all 8 of us very well. We will definitely stay at SeaSpray, again!
