SeaSpray 711 is a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom gorgeous unit. It features a panoramic view from the 7th floor. The wraparound balcony overlooks a pool, the marina, the beach, and the Intracoastal and Gulf waters, perfect for watching the sunsets ! The condo has a large fully equipped kitchen and a large dining table perfect for family dinners. The spacious living room features a sectional with a sofa sleeper and a big screen T.V. perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.
This unit is at Seaspray a Perdido Resort which hosts 3 pools, a hot tub, a fitness room, tennis, and a pickle ball court.
The marina includes a complimentary boat launch and kayak storage is available. The condo is also convenient to stores and restaurants. Perdido Key located in Florida and surrounded by Pensacola Beach, Orange Beach, and Gulf Shores. The Key is convenient to attractions like OWA, Waterville USA, the Naval Aviation Museum, the Wharf, and the World Famous Flora Bama . Our area has some of the best seafood the Gulf has to offer along with the best fishing charters on the coast.
Seaspray has a dedicated beach crossover walk just for the Marina side. As a guest at Seaspray guests have access to all 3 pools at each of the buildings, the hot tub, marina, boat launch, fitness center, and beach access.

Please note - prior to booking there is 25 years of age minimum requirement & must be present during entire stay and is strictly enforced. Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay.
Pet Policy: **This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500 and in some cases can be up to $1,000.
No Smoking: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $300.00.

Loved Seaspray #711! We stayed 5 weeks Sept-Oct. Beautiful views, comfortable furniture, great beds, well appointed kitchen and all the amenities you could ever ask for are here! The Key Concepts staff are friendly and helpful. Only wish this unit had keyless entry. Keeping track of keys is a pain especially with multiple guests. Hope to be back soon!

Views of the bay were beautiful. The balcony won us over. Unit was clean, quiet, well-stocked, and easily accessible. Parking was easy and always available. Beds were comfortable ( they aren’t always).We booked over a holiday weekend which caused some miscommunication over pool/beach access code, due to rental office being closed when code was changed, but friendly, fellow renters were able to assist us.My only complaints would be that the tub/shower drains need to be cleaned to allow for proper water drainage, and an upgrade in quality and number of towels provided would be great.We will definitely be returning!

Great location on the river, very nice, generous size balcony, furnishings nice. However, they list the property as sleeping eight but there were only six towels, seven plates and seven forks. They needs to be more of each of these so that the renter does not have to wash towels so often and dishes. We were also surprised that they was no crockpot. two of the balcony sliding doors had handles that were about to fall off, and we reported these to the property manager who promptly came out and looked at them, but they were not fixed while we were there.
