This comfortable, soothing 3 bed/3bath Gulf Front condo is in SeaSpray's gorgeous East Building. It hosts a spacious living room, a nice sized dining table, bar seating with granite counter tops, and a nicely equipped, huge chef's kitchen with bar! For all you coffee lovers this unit offers a drip coffee maker. The oversized balcony overlooking the beautiful Gulf Of Mexico, has a nice table and extra seating that will accommodate your entire family. The master bedroom has a cozy king size bed and gorgeous en suite bath with a fabulously big shower to enjoy after a long, sandy day at the beach. The first guest bedroom has a queen bed with ensuite bath/shower, and the third guest bedroom has 2 twin beds. The third bathroom is conveniently in the foyer. This is truly a very spacious condo with plenty of room for family and friends to enjoy their stay at the beach. While visiting, you will have access to the amenities of all 3 of Sea Spray's buildings. This includes 3 swimming pools, a hot tub, well equipped beach front fitness room, and even a boat launch and marina across the street at our Riverside location, with an area for grilling. The property even has a tennis/pickleball court for those who like to enjoy a leisurely game. Many delicious dining choices are near by!
Must be 25 and older to rent.
Parking passes are $50.00 per vehicle, per stay. Boat/Trailer registration fee $300.00 per week or $50.00 per day.

This property met our expectations from the listing, pictures, and previous reviews. We didn’t mind the firm beds and brought extra supplies. There are a couple of mold spots but I feel that’s pretty common in beach front rentals - but that’s the only reason for one star less in cleanliness. Otherwise it was clean. Price and location were great!

We absolutely loved the condo and everything about our stay. The twin mattresses could be replaced because they are pretty lumpy, but other than that we loved it! Thanks for letting us stay in your beautiful condo.
