Could have been better
The location was good for our family. It was tucked away from the crowd, but close enough that you could be in the crowds within a few minutes, if you wanted to be.
The property manager kept changing the rules regarding the pools and hot tub during our stay. For example, when we first arrived, the sign posted at the pool and hot tub said it was open from 9 AM until 10 PM. However, the 2nd day of our stay, the pools and hot tubs were locked (chain and lock wrapped around the door so no one could enter) and there was no reason given. When asked, they said there was lightning within 10 miles. We went on about our day, but clouds never came, lightning never happened, and the weather apps all showed lightning hundreds of miles away, at best. The next day, the pools and hot tub were still closed. Again, it was a sunny day. I asked the property manager why and she said they would be closed until they decided to open them. No explanation given. Day 3--same situation. Another person from our party inquired about it, as the ocean was too rough for the kids to play in, and the pools were supposed to be our back-up. The property manager opened the pools, but then changed the signage to display "Open 9 AM until DUSK". Dusk is at like 5:30 PM in Florida during the month of October, which is when we stayed. When we asked why, she told us that the health department had told them the lighting was not adequate to keep the pools open after dark. However, there was sufficient lighting all around the pool area and the pool itself. It was completely visible, all around and through the water. For the remainder of the trip, they would come around and run everyone out of the pools between 5:30-6:00 PM and place the chain lock on the facilities. It was disappointing. We don't swim in the ocean at night, or when the water is too rough for the kids, so we had booked this facility because there were pools and hot tubs for back up entertainment for the kids and elderly ones with us. Had we known they would change the hours as they pleased, we would not have booked here. We will not be back.

Beautiful condo with a beautiful view! Slept 10 of us very easily!
Only downfall was the bunk beds appear unsafe to sleep on. I wouldn’t let the kids sleep on them.
