About this house rental

Deeded Beach Rights to Private stairs to Cape Cod Bay! Located down a quiet sandy street and just a short walk (3-4 minutes walk) down a sandy path to private beach stairs this lovely bayside home is the perfect place to spend your summer! Plenty of room for everyone (sleeps six) and almost an acre of level grassy yard to enjoy after a long day at the beach. The home has recent improvements, with updated plumbing and electrical, hardwood floors, newer deck and outdoor shower. The master bedroom has a walk in closet and private bath with easy access to the first floor laundry room. Don't miss this wonderful bay side rental!
