Nice clean rooms behind a nice pub that caters mainly for local regular customers but akwats made to feel welcome. Beds are comfy, tv is massive and connected to the WiFi. Everything is cleaned to a high standard and if you get the right room then you also get a microwave. Good takeaways close to the rooms and I nice little cafe for breakfast across the road. Great value for money and I'd happily pay more than what they ask for. Also they lwt me park next to the steps that lead to the rooms.

Great room. Clean and comfortable and fairly quiet. Close to shop s, takeaways and the pub itself had a very nice bar.
In the middle of an estate was difficult to access via car but seek and yee shall find a car park at the rear.

From the moment we checked in till we checked out the staff were very friendly.The rooms were clean and comfortable.

We stay there a lot great location for us.
This time it seemed a little unloved, the mirror was off the wall, tv had lines across the screen, socket was loose on the wall, lampshade broken and chair back was coming off.
