Upstairs now reduced to $250 per night and $200 per night in June and September
This living space was newly built Three years ago and everything is new.Petrified wood trim in the bathroom 15,000,000 years old and in floor heat in bathroom
Natural pine flooring with Persian carpets that I personally imported from Asia. Truly beautiful living space decorated with Indonesian paintings.
For rent as as a single space or combine with downstairs to sleep 12 people. Downstairs is a separate listing......$250 per night for July and August
I do not have a dock and had to move my boat after Aug 20 because water level too low

Really nice, clean apartment within walking distance of all the shops, restaurants, and attractions near downtown Alexandria Bay. Nice quiet neighborhood. Our group had a really good time and enjoyed the stay.

This apartment was perfect for our family of 6. Within walking distance to town and a cute little market on the same block. The owner is very responsive and helpful. Definitely recommend.

We enjoyed our stay at the apartment. It was close to downtown, walking distance, which was very convenient. The apartment was very comfortable and clean. The owner was very accommodating and friendly.
