This beautifully appointed villa at Harbor Villas offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and unforgettable views. Located across from Boldt Castle and a short walk from downtown Alexandria Bay, this boathouse villa puts you right in the center of everything the St. Lawrence River has to offer. Perfect for families, boaters, fishermen (and women), and anyone looking to enjoy life on the water.
The Space
This 3‑bedroom, 2‑bath villa/townhouse sits directly above a private 34‑foot boathouse, giving you the rare opportunity to store your boat right beneath your stay. Ample parking is available on-site, and guests also have access to the marina for boat trailer parking (marina fees apply). Inside, you’ll find a bright, comfortable layout designed for relaxation after a day on the river.
First Floor:
- Bedroom with a comfortable queen bed and TV
- Full bathroom with shower and tub
- Spacious living room with brand‑new leather furniture and large TV
- Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need: electric stove, pots and pans, cookie sheets, utensils, silverware, cups, mugs, plates, bowls, glasses, cooking tools, toaster, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, toaster oven, and dishwasher
Second Floor:
- Loft with a bunk bed (double on bottom, twin on top) and TV. Bottom bunk includes a pull‑out trundle, allowing the loft to sleep up to four guests.
- Second bedroom features two single beds and a TV
- Full bathroom with shower
All bedrooms feature new bed sheets for a fresh, comfortable stay.
Outdoor Living
Step onto the beautiful balcony overlooking the brand‑new marina in beautiful Carnegie Bay. Enjoy morning coffee or evening grilling on the gas grill. Kayaks are provided for guests who want to explore the water at their own pace. An elevator is available on-site for added convenience.
Boathouse & Marina Access
The private 34 ft boathouse beneath the villa allows you to store your boat securely during your stay. Inside the boathouse, you’ll also find two bikes for exploring town and a fish‑cleaning table positioned directly over the water for easy cleanup.
