Welcome to your Alexandria Bay retreat in the heart of downtown! This newly renovated 3-bedroom, 2-bath home is steps from the riverfront, shops, restaurants, and the famous Uncle Sam boat tours. Enjoy your morning coffee on the large wraparound porch, or unwind after a day of exploring the 1000 Islands with a family BBQ on the porch dining set. Inside, you’ll find modern comforts in a classic Thousand Islands home. The fully equipped kitchen features new appliances and all the essentials for cooking meals. The living area is spacious and bright, with cozy sofas and a big Roku TV – perfect for movie nights. High-speed Wi-Fi and a convenient dining/work table make this home suitable for remote work or planning your adventures. Each bedroom is freshly updated: two rooms have queen beds and the third is a fun bunkroom (twin over full bunk bed) ideal for kids or extra guests. The spacious living room is equipped with a futon, and the bonus room has a desk for a dedicated work space as well as a futon to serve as a 4th bedroom. We even provide a starter supply of coffee/tea and local guides to enhance your stay. Our home can host up to 9 guests comfortably, making it great for families and groups. Parking is easy with your own driveway and we’re just a short stroll from scenic parks. Why You’ll Love It: You can walk to everything – charming James Street is a 5-minute walk, where you can dine, shop, or hop on a boat to Boldt Castle. After sightseeing, come home to relax on the porch or play board games in the living room. We had a great time staying at this property. Everything was clean and waiting for us when we arrived. Check-in was smooth and all the supplies and amenities we needed to make our week perfect were thoughtfully provided. This was a great place to stay and we'd be happy to come back the next time we are in Alexandria Bay.

I have mixed reviews about this place. Place was kept clean and tidy. Host provided us with all the facilities. It was very quiet place.
Cons- Place is very old and there are lot of insects around the house. Vents/ducts are so dirty with lot of dust/debris. Bathrooms smelled very bad. Foosball table is not stable.
