Enjoy the best of both worlds: relax in a calm setting while having attractions within easy reach.Inside the cottage, you’ll find a cozy living room with plush seating and a smart TV – perfect for family movie nights or unwinding after a day on the water. The fully stocked kitchen features modern appliances, granite countertops, and even a dedicated coffee bar for your morning brew. We’ve provided all the cookware and gadgets you need to cook meals, plus a barbecue toolkit for the grill outside. The dining area comfortably seats your group for meals or game nights (feel free to use our collection of board games!). High-speed Wi-Fi is included, and the quiet atmosphere is ideal for remote work if you need to check in with the office. This home sleeps many guests across 3 bedrooms & 2 futons: the primary and second bedroom have a queen bed with quality linens, and the third bedroom has a fun bunk bed setup (full-over-twin) that kids love. Stayed for long wkend while we were visiting family at TIP. Really neat house w/beautiful woodwork, all modern amenities. Close to town but not too close—we could walk but it was a quiet neighborhood. The AC units in each room kept us very cool in spite of sweltering temps outside. Only suggestion would be to install a Keurig for coffee/have creamers (there is a Mr Coffee machine but there ante signs that an Nespresso machine once lived here, bring it back!) and add some throw pillows to the futons in the LR—minor things, overall would def stay again!!

Great house, very cute. A true upstate NY cottage style house. Lots of great amenities, the house was stocked with everything you could need. Would definitely stay again if in the Bay.
