Cute old house

As an old house, there is a slight sense of that. But went kept

The owner was welcoming as soon as we pulled in. She showed us everything. The room was super clean and comfortable. She had snacks, coffee, tea, microwave, fridge, utensils and towels for the shower. Lots of books with local things to do. Older house I think the guest book states 143 years. Very comfortable

Room size

The stairway was dark Traffic noise was slightly noticeable

Location was good. Bed was comfortable.

I felt micromanaged while I was staying on the property. Owner had an issue with me leaving the lights on in the laundry area while I was using the washer and dryer for an hour and a half. I was asked to make sure I keep turning them off each time. I was then messaged after I checked out only asking if I left through the front door, absolutely no mention about hoping that I enjoyed my stay, which is very unusual.. I was only at the property for less than 12 hours but didn't feel welcome. You are also are sharing the space, more specifically the bathroom and laundry area, with long-term tenants who live on the same floor.
