Super comfy and cozy and very accessible - right in downtown Hamilton and has a bus stop right in front. The room and bathroom were very clean and well maintained. There is a free washer and dryer for your use.
Honestly, I cannot think of anything right now. There were also good snacks, coffee , tea and water/soda in the fridge.

I felt micromanaged while I was staying on the property. Owner had an issue with me leaving the lights on in the laundry area while I was using the washer and dryer for an hour and a half. I was asked to make sure I keep turning them off each time. I was then messaged after I checked out only asking if I left through the front door, absolutely no mention about hoping that I enjoyed my stay, which is very unusual.. I was only at the property for less than 12 hours but didn't feel welcome. You are also are sharing the space, more specifically the bathroom and laundry area, with long-term tenants who live on the same floor.
