Nice location
I wasn’t aware it was on the 3rd floor and I had a few pieces of luggage with me. I wouldn’t have booked had I known this as there was no elevator. Narrow set of stairs too so not ideal lugging heavy bags after a long day of travel.
No ac - there was a portable unit in the closet not hooked up.
One chair had a broken leg that would have been bad had someone sat in it.
I never thought that I’d have to take out the garbage upon leaving which I found strange.

Nice and clean apartment, close to downtown Hamilton and convenient location for local trips to Niagara Falls, Niagara-on-the-Lake, and GTA. The host was super helpful.

The location was very convenient, with easy access to public transit and plenty of restaurants nearby. The apartment itself was decent, and the host made an effort to provide everything we needed. The host was also kind and responsive.
I would like to mention a few areas for improvement:
The carpet in the living area was not clean, and there was an unpleasant smell throughout my stay. This may have been due to the carpet or another source.
While the bed was comfortable, it made a squeaking noise whenever I turned, which was quite disruptive and led us to use the sofa bed for the second night.
There was no mirror in the bedroom, which felt like a significant omission.
On the morning of checkout (September 21, 2025), there was an unexpected power outage, which caused some inconvenience.
