the place was very clean, staff was quick to respond and the room had everything you really needed.
i wish that the back entrance was accessible instead of the front entrance all the time but for a short stay it’s all you need.

Location was good, parking was a hastle
tv remote did not work - buttons broken & you couldn’t select specifics like enter a code for streaming, shower could use a shelf for shampoo & soap, parking was a hassle, a lot of homeless people on the street

It was spacious for the location.
The cleaning staff was very rude. I was also promised an early in and late check out to accommodate for the bug bites I received from another of their locations in Hamilton. Night before checkout i received an email stating I needed to check out by 11, replied requesting the later check out as our train didn't leave until early evening. They denied the late checkout leaving us to carry 5 days of luggage around for 6 hours.
