The property is located in the heart of downtown Hamilton. The atmosphere outside was vibrant and lively over the weekend. If you’re looking to experience the true city vibe, this is definitely one of the best places to stay. I also appreciated the thoughtful amenities provided, including Wi-Fi, a TV, an air blower, ample space for belongings, and a wonderful dine table.
While the property was amazing, one thing I’d recommend to future guests is to research parking options in advance. I overlooked this and ended up spending some time searching for a right spot.

It was spacious for the location.
The cleaning staff was very rude. I was also promised an early in and late check out to accommodate for the bug bites I received from another of their locations in Hamilton. Night before checkout i received an email stating I needed to check out by 11, replied requesting the later check out as our train didn't leave until early evening. They denied the late checkout leaving us to carry 5 days of luggage around for 6 hours.
