Very nice clean unit. Good instructions on where to park and how to get on locked doors.
Only a futon to sit on in living room. It was low to the ground and lumpy. The window screens looked original and needed tending.
No air conditioning, but adequate fans to have a comfy stay.
The location wasn't the best in terms of safety. Fenced in parking lot was good.
