Location and custom service.
Only one king bed others 2 are sofa bed. If one more bed will be there, it will be more comfortable.

Location was very good, nice area. Apartment very well equipped and warm due to cold weather. Parking (even paying extra fee). Laundry facilities very good. For sure we are thinking in coming back next year when going for our daughter graduation.
Guest on apartment in front of ours where too noisy several nights. Also, they were "smoking" in the common lobby and all smell came into our apartment. I was scared of complaining since they were young guys and sometimes you do not know how they might react.

Beautiful neighbourhood. Central location near downtown and main access points up escarpment. Free access to various streaming services which past guests stayed logged into.
Very small washroom with very slow hot water. Very poor air flow and overly warm; no way to shut off the heat (radiators). Had to purchase new knives, scissors, and other kitchen tools (left on site for other future guests). Signs for one-way streets (Duke and Bold) have been removed, causing lots of confused drivers going the wrong way down these streets.
