This private basement suite in Milton offers a comfortable and convenient stay for couples, solo travelers, business guests, and small families. The suite features a private side entrance with self-check-in, a queen bedroom, a modern full bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living area with Smart TV (Roku), a dedicated breakfast nook, and in-suite laundry.
Guests will enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi, coffee and tea, a microwave, a toaster oven with an air fryer function, a refrigerator, an electric kettle, and all essential cookware and utensils. Fresh towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and other essentials are provided for your convenience.
Guest access
Guests have exclusive access to the entire private basement suite, including the bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, living area, breakfast nook, and in-suite laundry.
The suite has its own private side entrance and self-check-in via smart lock. Free overnight street parking is also available with a visitor parking pass from the Town of Milton. Guests may use the driveway during their stay (Please park on the left side without blocking the walkway or garage access).
The upper level of the home is occupied and inaccessible to guests.

• This is a private basement suite with its own separate entrance and self-check-in.
• Free driveway/street parking is available during your stay.
• Please note that access to the suite requires walking down one flight of stairs from the side entrance.
• The suite is located within a residential home. While the space is fully private, occasional household sounds may be heard.
• Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM out of respect for neighbors and residents.
• Few steps from a convenience store.
• Only registered guests included in the reservation are permitted on the property unless approved in advance.
• Pets, Parties, events, and unauthorized gatherings are not permitted.
• The home has centrally controlled heating and air conditioning. To help keep the basement suite comfortable year-round, a portable heater is provided if you would like additional warmth. A portable fan is also available upon request—just send us a message, and we'll be happy to provide one.
