Loved the feeling of comfort there. I also needed to cook and was pleasantly surprised how convenient, clean and easy it was to cook here. Hosts were amazing. I asked wayyyy too many questions and they supported me throughout. Lol

Great location! Super clean & affordable. Honestly, I love coming here. Its steps away from downtown, bus stops, the mall.. no one bothered us at all. 10/10 would book again!

The center light in the kitchen was waaaay to low! My hubby and I kept hitting our noggins off of it. I've noticed, from staying in these apartments more than enough times, the plumbing is touchy..

The unit we received did not match the photos in the listing. It appeared to be a completely different unit. The dining chairs were unstable and wobbly to the point that we could not safely use them.

If you’re writing a review or dispute message, here’s a polished version: Our stay was extremely disappointing for several reasons. Parking Issues There is no dedicated parking provided. We received two parking tickets despite paying for parking because the private parking company has its own rules that were never clearly explained. Although we paid for 6 hours of parking, vehicles cannot remain in the same spot for more than 2 hours and must be moved approximately 60 feet. Municipal parking also requires vehicles to be moved by 2:00 AM to avoid tickets. As a result, we spent over $300 USD dealing with parking-related issues during our stay. Privacy Concerns When we arrived, the weather was cold and rainy, and we were traveling with a 6-month-old baby. The heating was not working at all. After contacting the host, we were informed that the building management controls the central heating and that nothing could be done. We requested a space heater and were told none was available. The next day, after being out all day, we returned to find a space heater inside the unit. To our surprise, someone had entered the apartment while we were away. When I contacted the host, they confirmed they had entered to drop off the heater. We were never asked for permission, nor were we informed beforehand. Entering the unit without coordinating with guests is a serious privacy concern. Noise Issues The unit is extremely noisy. A portable air conditioner is installed with a vent through the window, allowing outside noise to enter constantly. Street traffic, conversations from nearby bars, and general city noise can be heard throughout the day and night. The building itself is old, and you can clearly hear people walking on the stairs, opening doors, and even televisions from neighboring units. Misleading Listing The unit we received did not match the photos in the listing. It appeared to be a completely different unit.
