This cute quaint cottage is perfect for a vacation! It feels of beach house when you walk into it. With in walking distance to many beach access points along Lanikai beach. Luxury views and surroundings at your fingertips. This very new rental has been renovated and re-decorated for a clean, open tranquil feel. Lanikai is the place to stay in Kailua, still close to all amenities such as restaurants, shopping. Honolulu is but a drive over the mountain about 15-20 minutes and your back in the hustle & bustle of the city.
**All homes come with a starter set of paper supplies, toilet paper, paper towels, soap, trash bags. Should you run out it is the guests responsibility to supply themselves for their stay.
**ALL QUIET HOURS ARE FROM 9PM - 8AM. PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL OF THE NEIGHBORS THEY DO HAVE TO ATTEND WORK/SCHOOL.
The property will be made exclusively available to the renter for a full period of 30 days and no one else may occupy the property during that period. The 30-day rental period will be communicated to guest upon booking. All rates quoted will be based on a 30 day period. If you have any questions please feel free to contact me.
In compliance with the Revised Ordinances of the City & County of Honolulu, the Property will be made available to you for your use and occupancy for a period of thirty (30) days. If you do not stay for the full 30 day period and stay for your scheduled dates the property will remain vacant through the end of the scheduled 30 day period.

Such an amazing stay. Misty was so kind and responsive!! We stayed at the Four Seasons Ko Olina after staying at Misty’s and though we love the FS, we really missed staying at this VRBO!! It was so homey and lovely. Thank you again for letting us create beautiful memories!!

Sweet cottage, very comfortable with ceiling fans and the lovely stained cement floors. Across the street from water access and a lovely Sandy swimming area. Misty was terrific and very responsive. Wonderful two months.

Beautiful, clean and secure property. We loved the location a short walk to lanikai beach. Very comfortable stay for us. We had all the windows open at night and the fans going. I’m typically a very light sleeper and did not notice any noise. We couldn’t have been happier.

The cottage is lovely and perfectly set up inside as a rental. The pictures provide an accurate representation. However, I was surprised that there was only a sparse buffer of shrubs (other wise little landscaping and no fence) between the house and the road. This meant that when neighbors start driving down the road at 5:30am, those in the master bedroom wake up, as you need to keep the windows open at night to keep air circulating (a beach house dependent on sea breeze with no a/c). Additionally, there was no lounging space outside, which would have been nice to have.
Overall, a pleasant space, with some drawbacks. It was a pleasantly short walk to beach access, and a 15 minute walk to the full Lanikai beach. FYI, the host doesn't provide bath soap or shampoo.
