Location is peaceful. Property restfull. Facilities perfect.
You need to be mobile for town. The quicker SDCC get Castle Road repaired and open then easy access to Dartmouth town restored.

A good sized property, comfortable and located in an ideal spot to walk into town or the castle (great little cove for swimming) Parking also a bonus.
The smell and evidence of damp/mould in the en-suite needs to be looked at. We have since noticed guests have commented on this issue for years.
