A fabulous Villa, extremely clean and comfortable with a beautiful garden.
There were many lovely areas to sit and the Villa is very well equipped with lovely furnishings.
We liked the location in the centre of the village of La Xara with a great supermarket nearby.
The host was very responsive and helpful with any communications. Great private parking.
We would thoroughly recommend. One of the best Villas we have stayed in.

Heerlijk, groot huis met een prachtige tuin midden in het kleine dorpje La Xara. Ideaal voor gezinnen of families eventueel met huisdieren. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien, heeft 4 slaapkamers en 3 badkamers en overal verwarming of verkoeling. De tuin is absoluut de kers op de taart met een groot en diep zwembad. Alleen in februari een beetje te koud. Op 2 minuten lopen is een prima supermarkt, verder zijn er in het dorp reguliere voorzieningen. De afstand naar Denia is max 10 minuten en ook Javea en Moraira zijn redelijk dichtbij. Omgeving is een walhalla voor wielrenners, zolang je van een beetje klimmen houdt. We hebben een heerlijke tijd in het huis gehad!
Heel weinig, misschien een keer de vaatwasser vervangen en 1 of 2 bedden hebben hun beste tijd gehad. Verder alles top.

Lots of space and lovely garden and pool. Good communication from host. Easy to get to local places such as Dénia. Small well stocked supermarket within walking distance.
Ping pong table has seen better days but it didn’t stop the children from enjoying it. Pool is not heated but again our children were happy to use it, too cold in February for the adults!!
